Just started the challenge to live healthy today..
Trying to have healthy meal, some exercise everyday, and proper daily life without being lazy!
Today...after I had lunch, went to library to work, and went for a walk about an hour,
did a foodshoping, and going to work on the portfolio tonight to prepare for the tutorial tomorrow,
and...cleaning up the kitchen.
Ok... I will keep up on the good rhythm everyday and just enjoy every single day...
Because the worst time in here has gone... from now... the summer is coming :)
